Virtual Muscle Dream Resources

We have made it our mission to support our community's mental wellbeing during this difficult pandemic period. The charity reassessed how its Muscle Dream experiences were being fulfilled, and as a direct result, the concept of Virtual Muscle Dream Programmes has become a reality.

Throughout March 2021, we have delivered three innovative Virtual Muscle Dream programmes centred on skills and activities to support the mental wellbeing of beneficiary participants and their families. We've brought our Muscle Warrior tribe laughter and gratitude practices and helped them discover the power of singing and uplifting music. Additionally, we've unearthed our inner artistic self by getting creative and drawing strength from the world around us. We want to share the extraordinary magic of these interactive Muscle Dream experiences with all of our Muscle Warriors across the UK - we hope you enjoy some of the resources below at home.
